Shipping Policy

<p>Aalio partners with trusted shipping services to deliver orders quickly and securely.</p><ul><li>Free shipping on orders above ₹600 within India.</li><li>Prepaid orders are usually shipped the same or next working day and delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch.</li><li>COD orders are confirmed before dispatch and may require an additional processing day.</li></ul><p>Orders ship throughout the week except Sundays and public holidays. Prices include GST.</p><h3>Delivery Charges</h3><p>Orders over ₹600 ship free within India. A nominal fee is shown at checkout for smaller orders. For international delivery enquiries, contact support@geeklane.in.</p><h3>Delivery Time</h3><ul><li>Orders placed before 1 PM may be dispatched the same working day.</li><li>Prepaid express orders generally arrive 2–5 working days after dispatch.</li><li>COD orders may take 3–6 working days because of confirmation and processing.</li></ul><h3>Tracking</h3><p>An AWB tracking number is normally sent within 1–2 days after dispatch.</p><h3>Split Shipments</h3><p>Orders with multiple products may ship separately from different warehouses so available items reach you sooner.</p><h3>Delayed or Lost Shipments</h3><p>Orders are shipped with insured services. If a shipment is delayed, returned, or lost in transit, Aalio may resend it with updated tracking or issue a refund.</p><h3>Damaged Delivery</h3><p>If packaging is damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and contact care@geeklane.in or +91-9403891130. Approved cases are eligible for reverse pickup and replacement at no extra cost when tags and packaging remain intact.</p><h3>Missed Delivery</h3><p>An accidentally missed delivery may be reshipped without charge. Actual re-shipping costs may apply to refused or intentionally missed deliveries.</p>
