Store information
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, availability and prices accurate. Minor colour or packaging differences may occur. We may correct genuine errors or cancel an affected order and issue a refund.
Prices, GST and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted after successful payment confirmation and our order confirmation. GST invoices will use the details supplied during checkout where available.
Orders and delivery
Please provide complete and accurate checkout information. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by location, carrier delays or events outside our reasonable control. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these terms.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Eligibility, time limits and the process for returns, refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund Policy. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access or use the service fraudulently.
Intellectual property
The Aalio brand, website design and original site content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Product and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer jurisdiction rights.
